Pokémon Sword and Shield: How to Locate and Evolve Lillipup into Stoutland

Stoutland is considered a good dog Pokémon unlike Lycanroc, Arcanine, and Houndoom. His looks and long flowing thick hair with loyalty pose make him fancy. Stoutland is popular because of these qualities and royalties. He was also featured in Sun & Moon along with the gym leader Unova. When you are in the Alola region, finding Stotland is common there. However, now you can have one in the DLC region of Pokémon Sword and Shield. It’s a normal-type Pokémon, but there is something worth catching this Pokémon even if it’s normal.

Location and How to Evolve

The first form of Stoutland is Lillipup, and then it turns into Herdier. Stoutland is the third and final form. You can locate this Pokémon at Training Lowlands at the Isle of Armor by a visible encounter or random grass. There is no special climate requirement to make the Pokémon appear, but if you look for this in the sunny weather, you might have some advantage. Don’t worry if you don’t have the Isle of Armor because you can still get one if you bring it from the Pokémon Home game.

It will be available in almost every region of Pokémon Sun and Moon and also Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon by Paniola Ranch or the routes four, five, and six. You will be required to keep it into the Pokémon Bank, which is cloud storage software for 3DS games. Earlier than sending it to Home, you will be able to put it in the Pokémon Sword and Shield. One thing you need to ensure is to keep your Nintendo account attached to the Switch if not linked yet.

Lillipup is a simple Pokémon and has a straightforward evolution line. It will first evolve at level 16, and later on, it will evolve on level 32. Once it evolves into Herdier, you will have to wait a little less because it will learn some great moves like Play Rough, Baby Doll, and Crunch. These moves will keep you active in the battle and let you hold a good grip. However, Stoutland doesn’t particularly learn anything special. At level 78, it will learn an impactful move, which is Giga Impact, but for sure, it will take a long time to reach that level. Getting on that level isn’t the only thing trainers have to do, but as you continuously play with the Pokémon, you might do it faster.

How to Use the Stoutland?

If you use Hyper Beam, it is considered the better option in the opposite of Giga Impact because it is a special attack that can be brought at the Wyndham at 50,000 Pokémon dollars. 50,000 Pokémon dollars is such a big amount, but all the special items come in the same range. However, with the machine Cram-O-Matic, it will be quite simple to gain the coins. There is one thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to recharge for a single turn to use it. Superpower (TR 39) is an additional choice you can have, and the individual fighting-type style moves can let you purchase 8000 watts from the trader.

When you move on to the further levels, you need to teach Protect because it’s a normal-type Pokémon and useful for many different types of Pokémon. You can purchase it from Motostoke for 10,000 Pokémon dollars. Moves like Play Rough will help the Pokémon a lot that he learned previously. With the following move, Stoutland will get stronger. You need to make sure to purchase all the necessary things for Stoutland to improve the level.
