Harry Potter: Slytherins That Did Good for the Wizarding World

Harry Potter is a very famous movie series in Hollywood. In this series, Salazar Slytherin’s house did not have a good reputation at Hogwarts. The house of Slytherins was known as an ‘evil house’, but some Slytherins did good things for the wizarding world. Let us discuss some of them.

Albus Potter

Albus Potter was the son of Harry Potter. He was one of the Slytherins, who did many good things for the world of wizards. Albus was also helpful, like his father Harry, and helped his friends and family. When Delphi was saving the Lord Voldemort, Albus stopped Delphi from doing that. It also counts for the good things he did.

Scorpius Malfoy

Lucius Malfoy

Lucius Malfoy played a negative role in the series Harry Potter but, he did something good in the end. Harry brought Voldemort down for one time with the help of Lucius. Lucius was also responsible for making the Death Eaters arrest and for giving the necessary information to the Ministry of Magic. In this way, he also did something good for the world of wizards.

Abraxas Malfoy

Abraxas Malfoy also played a decisive role in doing something good for the world of wizards. Abraxas was not an evil wizard and especially compared to Draco. Abraxas was a respected wizard at Hogwarts.

Draco Malfoy

Draco was once given the task to kill Albus Dumbledore, and after this he changed eventually and did a good thing by raising his son without those bad habits which Draco had, In this way, he also did good things to the world of wizards.

Phineas Black

Horace Slughorn

Horace Slughorn was a social climber who did mostly wrong for the world of wizards, but in the end, he helped Harry in defeating Voldemort by telling Tom Riddle about Horcruxes. So, in the end, he did something valuable for the world of wizards because, without his help, it was impossible for Harry to defeat Lord Voldemort.

Narcissa Malfoy

Narcissa Malfoy was a selfish person, and she only cared about her family. She was also a black wizard and did more bad for the world of wizards than good. She had a good quality of loving his family and taking care of them. In the end, Voldemort allowed Narcissa to blame Harry, but she lied to Voldemort. She did this for the sake of her son Draco, which helped Harry to destroy Voldemort.

Andromeda Tonks

Andromeda Tonks belonged from the family of a black wizard. Andromeda decided to marry Ted Tonks, who was a muggle wizard. The marriage between a black wizard and a muggle wizard was not allowed, but still, she managed to do that. She decided this to do some good things for the world of the wizards.

Regulus Black

Regulus Black was another member of the dark pure-blood wizards. He was the younger brother of Sirius Black and was more expert in black wizards than his brother. He wanted to join Voldemort on behalf of his people and win over the wizarding world. But soon after joining Voldemort, he turned around and also took one of Voldemort’s Horcruxes along with him. At last, he also wanted to defeat Voldemort. So, in the end, he also did well in the world of wizards.

Severus Snape

Severus Snape was the most popular Slytherin in the wizarding world. The reputation of Slytherins was bad because of the bad students in it. However, not all the students were that bad, and some of them did well for the world of wizards. He played a fantastic role in pretending to be a black wizard for the maximum time and waited for the correct time to show his real character. Voldemort thought that Professor Snape is loyal to him, but Snape was waiting for the right moment to hit back on Voldemort and Snape did it. So, he did very well in the world of wizards.
